oSupply and installation of bunk trailers, tents, and container accommodation (e.g., 8-station laundry trailers and 10–12 station bunks).

G2 – Intelligence (Operational Environment Awareness)

Capabilities:

  • Long-term engagements in NATO military camps reflect awareness of operational requirements, risk, and cultural context.
  • Strategic presence across multiple theatres (Kosovo, Latvia, Montenegro, Poland) ensures regional intelligence familiarity.

Examples:

  • Electrical Infrastructure Projects: Executed in Kosovo (e.g., 220kV Fier-Hoxhare) and Montenegro (e.g., tower painting & assembly).
  • Staff participation in NSPA conferences and negotiations, ensuring first-hand insight into agency expectations.

G3 – Operations (Execution & Management)

Capabilities:

  • Full-spectrum camp operations: infrastructure maintenance, technical installations, vector control, and surveillance (CCTV).

Field medical support: Role 1 & 2 deployment capability, proven through ambulance delivery projects.

Examples:

  • 65 units of Civilian Medical Ambulances: Supplied with equipment to NSPA, Kosovo, May–Aug 2024.
  • NSPA Logistics Support Services: Film City & CSOC base operations in Kosovo—ongoing.

G4 – Logistics (Sustainment & Supply Chain)

Capabilities:

  • End-to-end supply chain operations: raw material procurement, distribution, transport, and warehousing.
  • Large vehicle fleet includes water tank trucks, garbage trucks, excavators, snow-clearing equipment, and personnel buses.

  • Prime Power Provision at Camp Novo Selo: 2025–2029, including power station installation and maintenance.
  • Photovoltaic Park (Albania): Design and implementation for private warehouse infrastructure (2025).
  • Tower Stringing – 110kV Burrel-Bulqizë: Execution from 2024–2025.

G5 – Plans (Strategic & Operational Planning)

Capabilities:

  • Operational staff have transitioned from national agencies to international projects (e.g., OSCE → Ndrekaj).

G8 – Finance (Budgeting & Resource Allocation)

  • In-country and international financial coordination managed by staff like Kristina Aleks and Laureta Sako.
  • Project reconciliation, payments, and legal compliance managed across branches (Albania, Poland, Latvia, USA).

G9 – Civil-Military Coordination
