Viktor Pjetri

Mr. Pjetri, a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, brings more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure and urban development. From his early role leading urban planning in Puka District to founding Ndrekaj Ltd., his strategic vision has driven the company’s expansion across Europe and the US. Under his leadership, NDREKAJ has secured major contracts with international institutions, including the NSPA, affirming its position as a trusted provider in construction and energy.
